It means that CDNY will soon start to transition (hire) MSCs from its member agencies. All current MSCs and MSC supervisors will be offered Care Coordinator jobs with CDNY. Care Coordinators will continue to be based within their current geography, and the people we support will have the option of having their current MSC become their new Care Coordinator.
